Shipping policy

Apparel: Shipping is FREE for ALL apparel. Please allow 1-3 business days for production of all apparel after your order is placed. After production, please allow 3-7 business days for shipping. There are NO expedited shipping options available for apparel. 

All Other Physical Items: Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after your order is placed. Expedited shipping is shipped within 1-2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays. 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information, when available.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information or delays experienced by the shipping carrier.

Note: Some items in your order may be shipped from separate warehouse locations, and may arrive separately.
